Install pull-out cabinet trays
Add a bottom-mounted sliding tray that clears the cabinet opening and brings stored items within reach.

Before you start
Empty the cabinet and inspect its floor thickness and support before drilling. Avoid plumbing, wiring and adjacent appliances. Use the supplied screw length or an approved equivalent that cannot protrude into hidden services. Keep fingers clear of slides.
Tools and materials
- Complete compatible bottom-mount pull-out tray and slide frame with template and specified screws
- Tape, square, pencil, drill with depth stop, driver, vacuum and eye protection
Check the problem
Measure the narrowest opening
Measure between face-frame edges and hinges with the door fully open, then check interior depth and height. Include handle projections and the tray’s full travel, not just the cabinet’s nominal size.
Check the cabinet floor
Look for sag, loose panels, water damage or missing support. The mounting screws need the substrate specified by the kit. Repair the cabinet first if it cannot securely support the tray.
Steps
Dry-fit the whole tray
Place the assembled kit inside and center it for clearance. Set the required setback from the cabinet front. Open the door fully and slide the tray in and out to check hinges and face frame.
Mark the fixing points
Keep the frame square to the opening and use the actual kit template or holes. Mark all mounting positions without shifting the frame; note the tray-release method before removing it.
Drill controlled pilot holes
Remove the tray as instructed. Set a depth stop to suit the cabinet floor and screw length, then drill the specified pilots. Vacuum chips so the frame sits flat.
Fasten the slide frame
Return the frame to its marks, confirm it is square and drive every required fixing. Tighten without stripping the substrate or distorting the rails. Follow the kit order if rear screws must be fitted first.
Refit and engage the tray
Slide the tray onto its runners using the release or latch procedure. Confirm both sides engage and the soft-close parts operate without forcing them.
Test with a modest load
Cycle the tray empty, then add a light evenly distributed load within the rating. Check full extension, closing clearance and fixing movement; correct binding before normal use.

Tips
Opening beats cabinet size
Face frames and hinges often reduce usable width.
Do not pull rails into place
A twisted frame can bind even when the drawer seems centered.
Keep weight balanced
Do not lean on an extended tray or use it as a step.
