This website receives ordinary web-request information needed to deliver pages and protect the service. Zapappy Cooking can save preferences such as favorites, pins, pantry items, shopping lists, timers, checked items, recipe modifications, language, and display settings in your browser.
If you choose account sync, Clerk processes your login identity and Zapappy stores your profile and app preferences in Railway Postgres so they can sync across devices. If you donate, payment information is handled by Stripe; Zapappy does not receive your full card number.
If you contact us, Zapappy LLC stores the name, email address, and message you provide for review and response. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the contact form.
Use Zapappy services only for lawful personal or household purposes. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with service availability, probe or attack our systems, scrape the services aggressively, access another person’s data, or republish private or proprietary content without permission.
Zapappy services are provided “as is” and may change, contain errors, or become unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zapappy LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the services.
Recipes, substitutions, timing, nutrition-related labels, technique guidance, and food-safety notes are general household cooking information—not medical, dietary, or professional advice. Ingredients, equipment, and conditions vary.
You are responsible for checking allergens and labels, preventing cross-contact, handling and storing food safely, confirming doneness with appropriate methods, and choosing substitutions suitable for everyone you serve.
Unless otherwise noted, Zapappy’s interfaces, writing, recipe text, illustrations, icons, data organization, and related content are owned by Zapappy LLC or its licensors. You may use recipes for personal cooking, but may not republish, resell, bulk-copy, or redistribute app content without permission.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for content you add, including recipes, notes, reviews, and profile information. Only submit content you have the right to use. We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
Zapappy aims to make its services usable with keyboards, assistive technology, readable contrast, and adaptable layouts. If something prevents you from using an app, use the contact form and include the page, device, browser, and problem encountered.
