Brigadeiro
Brazilian chocolate fudge candies made with condensed milk, cocoa, butter, and sprinkles.

Ingredients
Brigadeiro Mixture
- 1 can, 14 oz
- 3 tbsp, sifted
- 2 tbsp, plus more for greasing hands
- 1 pinch
- 1 cup, for coating
Directions
Cook the Mixture
- Combine sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, unsalted butter, and fine salt in a heavy saucepan.
- Cook over medium-low heat for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture is glossy, thick, and pulls away from the bottom of the pan in a wide path.
- Scrape onto a buttered plate and cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm enough to roll.
Roll and Coat
- Lightly butter your hands. Scoop about 1 tablespoon mixture and roll into a smooth ball.
- Roll in chocolate sprinkles until fully coated.
- Place in paper cups and serve at room temperature.
