- 3/4 ounce (22 ml) bourbon
- 1 ounce (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) rich simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce (15 ml) pasteurized liquid egg white
- 1 strip lemon peel
- 1 brandied cocktail cherry

Method
- Shake all liquid ingredients without ice for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake hard for 12 to 15 seconds.
- Double-strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with lemon peel and cherry.
